We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to scale our Organization in LatAm. In this role, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional recruitment and candidate sourcing skills, and the ability to attract and engage high-performing professionals. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, such as professional networks, social media, and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their potential fit with the organization.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and selection methods to attract and assess top talent.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other HR software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract top professionals.
  • Actively engage with passive candidates and build a network of potential talent for future opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on the recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter at a Recruitment Agency
  • A hunter mind-set, driven to find candidates using proactive sourcing techniques
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
