- Data amp; Analytics Sharing:
- - Help in model building and optimization via Excel data processing and analysis.
- - Standardize and document operation procedures.
- - Prepare data for weekly and monthly reports for wider operations and cross-functional teams.
- Market research:
- - Build deep insights and understanding of the ride-hailing business from different fields, such as pricing, rider economy, driver economy, marketplace balance, and always be data driven.
- - Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to help define new city and/or product launches.
- OVERALL:
- Support to the Samp;P team on initiatives related to analytics, planning and operations.
- Ensure collaboration with our finance, driver, passenger, acquisition and paid marketing teams to improve operational productivity as well as budget execution and control.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.
- Currently studying a University career in Economics, Engineering, Finance or Business Analytics
- 3 months to 1 year for Graduation
- Strong Excel skills is a must, other database or data analytics experience is a plus (i.e. Python, SQL, etc.)
- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
- Advanced English skills are MANDATORY.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, data driven, strong execution capacity
- Any previous work experience (internship counts as work experience) is nice to have.
