About the JobThis position enables the possibility of choosing a great career in the world security and the new technologies applied to app security. This in order to provide a better and safer journey in the challenging, changing and fast-paced world of mobility.Choosing to work for the safety ops area in DIDI, you are not only choosing to work for the biggest app Mobility ride-sharing company in the world, but for the challenge of getting involved in the next level of the technologies of security in favor of human mobility.Your Responsibilities:
  • In alignment with the Regional Team, provide local support for PE and BO operations.
  • Safety incidents evolution following up.
  • Create further analysis on incidents, based on investigate MOs and patterns.
  • Support the relation between DiDi and local authorities (District Attorney Office and Police).
  • Propose and execute different methodologies / tools that help continuous improvement for the mitigation of security events.
  • Manage vendors relations, billing process, contract conditions improvements, etc.
  • Work with other teams to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management.
  • Oversee the incident response planning as well as the investigation of physical security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
The successful applicant:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Physical Security field.
  • At least 1 year of Operational / Analytical experience.
  • Ability to generate relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self Managed and Accountable.
  • Fast Learner.
  • Data-driven decision through strong analytical thinking.
  • Solid understanding of a variety of business models.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel. SQL and Tableau domainis a plus.
  • English proficiency is MANDATORY.
