Job Description

The Global Business Development and Sales department is focused on driving organic revenue growth for the Libertex Group of companies through geographic expansion into new markets.

It is a large department consisting of the following core units: client services team, sales process automation team, CRM team, offline sales branch group, call center group, client training amp; academy, social media team, introducing broker partnership team, data analytics, and the global regulations and compliance team.

To ensure seamless continuous operations of our Peru business unit, and to grow net profit 4x-10x from current levels by building both retail and partnership business directions for Forex Club and our Crypto business.

To transform and grow our Forex Club and Crypto brands in Peru into top-3 FX/CFD and Crypto brokers for Spanish speaking clients, as measured by active clients, and trading volume.

Requirements

What Will You Do?

  • Maintain and grow our retail and partnership Sales teams for Forex Club and Crypto brands.
  • Recruit, hire and train Retail sales managers for Forex Club and Crypto business in Peru.
  • Recruit hire and train IB managers for Forex Club and Crypto business in Peru.
  • Set ambitious but achievable performance targets and develop motivation systems for all team members with bonuses linked to clearly defined KPIs.
  • Coordinate and align efforts with our marketing department. Support marketing initiatives and campaigns such as client webinars, and specific marketing campaigns with key marketing partners.
  • Responsibility for local legal, accounting, administrative and HR matters, including coordination with local outsourcing agencies used to process employee payroll.
  • Coordinate efforts with other GBDS teams: Academy department, sales automation team, SMM team, others. Constantly review client feedback from our Customer Service team to identify pain points for clients, and areas of improvement.
  • Plan, organize, and execute online webinars and offline seminars targeting key cities and countries.
  • Provide feedback to our dealing team to ensure optimal trade conditions for our Peruvian clients paying attention to competitor spreads, swaps, general dealing terms, and instruments offered
  • Develop strategy to promote our mobile trading applications for both Forex Club and Crypto brands.
  • Personally negotiate dispute resolution and settlements with problem and high-risk clients and partners.
  • Must optimize partner commission payouts for both Forex Club and Crypto brands, to ensure a cost effective partnership program.
  • The head of the BU must ensure employees are working effectively - logging all activity, properly managing client opportunities, and setting correct priorities for follow-up with leads and clients.
  • Responsibility for ensuring a high level of morale and motivation among employees
  • Must be proficient in data analysis and business metrics reporting, to identify weak areas and growth opportunities throughout the entire client life cycle journey and all client touch points.

Key Skills Required

  • Experience trading the financial markets
  • Experience working with Crypto, Fx, CFDs and other leveraged products
  • Experience with MT4/5 desktop and mobile platforms
  • Experience operating in a cross functional team, with matrix management reporting
  • In-depth understanding of the realities and risks facing the Crypto amp; FX/CFD industry in Peru
  • Experience in managing remote teams, and employees working from home
  • Advanced user of the SalesForce CRM system
