Requirements
Essential 5-7 years experience as Marketing Manager, preferably with a background in software, consulting or startup and solid people manage experience.
Strong knowledge of the end-user customer, channel, and digital marketing.
Experience working with agencies and effectively briefing them.
Good understanding of both offline and online advertising channels, know how to read the relevant KPIs, and have up-to-date knowledge of the latest news amp; trends.
High levels of autonomy, pro-activity, creativity, responsiveness, strategic rigor, an ability to think and act fast.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, strong communication skills.
Sound knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and data analytics.
To provide regular reports and analysis to the management.
To support and coach the sales department ensuring that targets are achieved.
Growth mindset and a bias towards test-and-learn approaches.
Experience in a dynamic and unstructured work environment with the ability to stay calm and collected in moments of ambiguity.
English is a must.
