The CRM will directly report to the country Head of Marketing to ensure the correct execution of local marketing strategies and the different marketing campaigns and initiatives developed by their country in all channels. Along with the head of marketing, the Marketing Associate Manager will plan the overall structure of marketing campaigns and oversee workflows.What will you do?- Develop a country schedule based on marketing strategy, expectations, business goals and partnerships.
- Manage all operational aspects of seasonal campaigns including regional calendar, workflows, schedules, asset development and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with regular optimization analysis, in order to provide insights for the marketing team.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns together with brands and partners, to develop and execute comprehensive plans and communication strategies between internal channels.
- Ensure teams have processes in place to keep deadlines and budgets within expectations, in addition to providing regular feedback to the marketing and creative team, establishing priorities in projects.
- Write compelling creative summaries to guide and evaluate creative work, ensuring strategy and budget goals.
- Develop KPIs and performance tracking to determine success or re-evaluate strategy.
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and branding strategies in business and consumer insights.
- Design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns for PE, with focus on Customers and Shoppers by using channels such as email, in-app, push, SMS, etc.
- Partner with the global CRM team and local Head of Marketing to define the CRM strategy in PE.
What do you need to succeed?- Experience working and coordinating with various teams
- Experience in CRM Marketing.
- Experience processing and analyzing large amounts of consumer data.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience in managing and delivering assets to external partners
- Proven work experience in analysis and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail; Highly organized, methodical and process-oriented, willing to improve internal processes whenever possible
- Strong initiative skills with result-oriented mindset
- Advanced English proficiency.
